Quadrant Wrap Snack Ideas

I honestly don’t know who came up with this quadrant wrap/tortilla trend thing, but they were genius! It’s so fun, flavorful and convenient. The 4 spaces keeps it from getting to involved and complicated by adding too many things. I am notorious for “layering on flavors” until I’ve layered entirely too many flavors and what worse is that I’m not really sure where I went wrong because I’ve added too many!

This BBQ inspired wrap would be good for the Super Bowl I think!

But I digress (what else is new). I went bonkers with his trend and decided to make a post with all of the little concoctions I’ve come up with (so far). I have a feeling I will be adding to this document, or making a part II. They’re just so fun and tasty.

Here are a few winner combos I have come up with so far, with videos and pictures… because those are always fun. Some are hot, some are cold, some are sweet and others are savory. I’m crazy like that. You just don’t know what you’re going to get. I live on the edge.

Combo 1. The first one I tried this with was simple and delish and went like this. They all start with a wrap, so I won’t list that. I use the Ole Xtreme Wellness wrap because we like it and it’s very malleable and folds nicely, but obviously any wrap will do! I wouldn’t recommend say a tomato basil wrap with apples and peanut butter, but that’s just me!

  1. Everything Bagel Dip
  2. Spinach
  3. Tomato
  4. Avocado

Combo 2. Greek Style

  1. Spinach Artichoke Tsatsiki
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Feta
  4. Spinach

Combo 3. Tex Mex- great way to use leftovers! Recommend toasting this one to melt the cheese!

  1. Rice
  2. Beans of choice
  3. Lettuce (could also swap for a meat of choice here!)
  4. Cheese

Combo 4. BBQ Style. Definitely recommend toasting this one to melt the cheese!

  1. Shredded meat of choice (I used carnitas)
  2. Pickles
  3. Cheese
  4. Cole Slaw

Combo 5. Getting on the sweeter side here with blueberries and yogurt. SO good.

  1. Plain Greek Yogurt (I use Face 5%)
  2. Honey
  3. Blueberries
  4. Nut Butter of choice (I used almond)

Combo 6. Staying sweet, but opting for apples.

  1. Apples sliced relatively thinly
  2. Caramel sauce (it’s better if it’s a little on the thick side)
  3. Plain Greek yogurt
  4. Nut Butter of choice (I used PB)

Whelp, that’s all I’ve got so far. But there’s sure to be more!
