8 Angle Tutorial and Mini Flow

I remember when I first started tinkering around with yoga I thought 8 angle was the coolest pose ever. However, I could not for the life of me figure out how yogis with that ability twisted themselves into that!

And then I found a random tutorial on YouTube and it changed my life. So I thought I’d do one and pay it forward a bit.

Then. Once I had 8 angle, pretty solidly, I was like, “ok. Now what?”🤣

I was (and am still really) a yoga beginner. It’s not like I was hand standing and then gliding gracefully into 8 angle, you know? I didn’t really know how to weave it in and out of a flow, so I started experimenting and had a lot of fun with variations of this flow here. I hope you enjoy!

I am going to try out the 8 angles, but I am not sure my hands are strong enough to lift my body up. I do love downward dogs and cobra pose and usually do those pose after my workouts.

Even if I go to the gym every day, I don’t think I am strong enough to manage this yoga pose. It looks so difficult!
