Whole 30 Day 11

I am really enjoying these new recipes and using foods in different ways. I suppose if you didn’t like to cook, this would be rough. Of course, I am only on day 11 and I have already had frozen yogurt once. I might be singing a different tune a few days from now.

Again, I drank hot water with lemon in the morning on my way to work.
For some reason I really wasn’t feeling well, so I only had a few sips of coffee for breakfast. My stomach really hurt, but I needed the caffeine.
By the time 1:00 rolled around, I was feeling a little better so I had 4 more of my mini paleo burritos/stuffed collard greens for lunch. I felt a little queasy afterwards, so I just let that sit for a bit.
Here’s my photo of my little “burritos”… they are much smaller than the burritos from the recipe blog!
I ate an apple with almond butter for a snack and had coconut water to drink.
Dinner was this really yummy baked sweet potato, avocado and boiled egg combination. It sounds really weird, but it’s actually really tasty. Sorry for the tiny picture, but I took it with my phone and uploaded it. Hopefully you can kind of see it.

After dinner I ate a banana with some almond butter and cashews.
